SunMarc does not ask you to create an account for Mountain Rush and does not collect personal information directly through this app on SunMarc-operated servers.
Local processing and local data
- Your best distance, coins, gems, upgrades, and settings are stored locally on your device.
- Mountain Rush does not upload your locally stored game progress to SunMarc servers.
- Gameplay, vehicle physics, terrain, rewards, and score behavior run on your device.
App permissions and device features
- Network access may be used for rewarded ads, consent handling, and normal app connectivity.
- The app does not require account sign-in, contacts access, camera access, microphone access, or precise location access for gameplay.
Advertising, purchases, and third parties
Mountain Rush shows optional rewarded video advertisements provided by Google AdMob. If you choose to view a rewarded ad, Google may collect and process data such as device identifiers, advertising ID, IP address, coarse location derived from IP address, ad interaction data, diagnostics, and general device information.
Google may use this data for advertising or marketing, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance according to Google's own privacy policy and platform controls.

Data retention and deletion
Because the game data described above is stored locally on your device, you can delete it by clearing the app data through Android settings or uninstalling Mountain Rush. Data processed by Google AdMob, Google Play, Android, or other third-party services is controlled by those services and your platform settings.
Children
Mountain Rush is not directed at children under 13. SunMarc does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Mountain Rush on SunMarc-operated servers. If you believe a child has provided personal data to SunMarc, contact us so we can review the request.

Important notes
